When I was playing in the yard,
saw a magpie flying ina smalltree.
I approached it slowly,looked at it carefully:
In addition toa few white feathers
in its belly and wings，
and the other feathers are varying shades of black.
Its eyes are bright,
shining in thesun，just like two black diamonds.
It chirped and chirped,
just like singing，sounds so nice.
Old people used to say:
The magpie reports good news.
If anyone hears the chirps of it,
the onewill be lucky.
At this time, may it saw me.
It chirped twiceto me softly, and then flew away.
After it left,I wondered:
Why doesit justshoutat me?

我在院子里玩的时候，
看到一只喜鹊飞过来，停在了一棵小树上。
我慢慢地走近，仔仔细细地观察起来。
它除了肚皮和翅膀上有少许的白羽毛之外，
其它部位都是深浅不一的黑色。
它的双眼明亮，
像两颗黑宝石，在阳光的照耀下闪闪发光。
它喳喳地叫着，好像在唱歌一样，十分动听。
老人们常说，
喜鹊是报喜之鸟，
谁要是听到了它的叫声，谁就会幸运。
这时，它好像看见了我。
冲我轻轻地叫了两声后便飞走了。
它飞走后，我就在想：
它刚才为什么冲着我叫呢？难道是在祝福我吗？
