您好！
现在我们诸暨市的环境在不断恶化，那条曾经清澈见底的“诸暨母亲河”——浦阳江，现在已经变成了土黄色，河里当初鱼儿自由自在地游来游去，可是现在满江全是死鱼。这绍兴古城之中一颗最这的明珠，现在已经成了如此。这四大美女西施的故乡，现在成了到处高楼大厦。针对这些环境污染我觉得城市里面应该做好以下这几步。
一、在我们“诸暨的母亲河”——浦阳江上的各个大桥上应该写着告示“严禁从桥上扔东西并且对扔垃圾的市民罚款10~30元的处罚”。并且经常要环卫工人在浦阳江上捞垃圾，这样常年累月起来浦阳江一定会回到原来的清澈见底。
二、民街道上安排警察巡逻，看到了有市民在乱扔垃圾的市民应该提醒市民不要乱扔垃圾并安排多一点环卫工人在街道上打扫，然后每统计垃圾吨数，一天一天对比。
三、政府应该再对乱排污的公司，处以严厉的处分，并观察水污染情况再对公司罚款10万~100万。如果污染不大就提醒一下就好。
四、在城市广场和人流多的地方，造个保护环境的宣传窗，让每个路过的人都加强城市环境保护意识，增加环境污染知识。每一个月换一个主题让大家对环境保护的范围更广，对环境保护的重要性有新认识，新了解。
五、在手机上举办一个盛大的环保达人大赛，任何人都可以参加，以这种竞争的方式让大家加强环保意识，让城市变得更加美丽。最后评选出来的冠军可发送一些奖品。
