The New School Year

Today is September 1st. It’s the first day of the new school year, and we’re back at our school. It’s good to see all my teachers and classmates again. They all look fine. Each of them arevery happy, but my classmate Xiao Li had a fracture during the summer holiday.It's very difficult for him to do anything. I’m going to help him.

We’re in grade six this year. To be junior high school students, we have more subjects to stuty. Wegot ten new books yesterday. they are Chinese, maths, English, Science, Music, Art, Moral Education, Handwriting and so on. They are very nice. We‘ll have a new subject ––hand-writing this term. It tells us how to write quite well with brush pen. It’s not very easy, and I’m going to work hard at it.

Miss Wang is our science teacher. She is very beautiful. I like her very much. but I ‘m not very good at it. I’ll work hard at it this year, so I think I can do better than last year. All of the subjects I like English best. I’m interesting in it very much.

I’m going tobe hard–working and set a good example !

今天是九月1日，是我们新学年的第一天，我们回到了学校，很高兴又见到了我的老师和同学们，他们看上去很不错，他们每个人都很高兴。但是我的一个同学小利暑假期间骨折了，做任何事都很困难，我会帮助他的。

今年我们上六年级，作为小学高年级学生，我们有很多科目要学习。昨天我们发了10本新书，它们是：语文、数学、英语、科学、音乐、美术、品德、书法等等。都很不错。这学期我们多了一门新科目——书法，它教给我们如何用毛笔写好字，它不容易练好，不过我要努力学好它。

王是我们的科学老师，她很漂亮，我很喜欢她。不过我的科学不太好，今年我一定努力，我相信我会比去年学得更好。所有科目中，我最喜欢英语，我对它很感兴趣。

我要努力，做一个好榜样。

今年我要尽量做得更好！
